JOB TITLE: Paid Creative Project Manager

Work schedule: PST/EST business hours

Job Overview:

As a Paid Creative Project Manager, you will play a critical role in managing the end-to-end creative production process for our paid advertising initiatives. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with our performance-focused strategies. Your expertise in project management, ad copywriting, and performance analysis will be essential in mediating between internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• High-Level Project Management:

Oversee creative production timelines and prioritize bandwidth to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.

• Performance-Focused Strategy:

Develop and implement strategies to optimize the performance of creative assets, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

• Process Workflow Management:

Establish and maintain a streamlined workflow for creative production, ensuring all team members are aligned and informed.

• Ad Copywriting:

Craft compelling ad copy that resonates with our target audience and drives engagement.

• Creative Performance Review Reports:

Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports based on insights from Motion, analyzing the effectiveness of creative initiatives.

• Mediation and Collaboration:

Act as a liaison between:

Internal creative production teams to manage the ad launch pipeline.

Partnership teams to coordinate collaborative projects.

• Creative agency teams to ensure effective briefing and execution of campaigns.
• Tool Utilization:

Utilize Motion as a key tool for managing creative projects, tracking performance metrics, and optimizing workflows.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in a creative or advertising environment.
• Strong background in performance-focused strategies for paid media campaigns.
• Excellent ad copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with Motion or similar creative project management tools is highly desirable.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mediate effectively between teams.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
