About the Role
We're seeking an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and Demand Generation Director to enhance our sales and marketing efforts. In this impactful role, you'll use your strategic expertise to design, execute, and measure ABM and demand generation campaigns that resonate with target audiences and drive measurable pipeline growth. Collaborating closely with leadership, sales teams, and other stakeholders, you'll ensure that every campaign aligns with our mission to transform mental health care.

Key Responsibilities
Develop ABM and Demand Generation Strategies: Lead the creation of multi-channel programs that engage target accounts and meet pipeline goals.
Execute Campaigns: Launch and optimize campaigns across search, display, webinars, paid social, direct mail, and events. Work closely with sales teams to ensure seamless alignment.
Sales Enablement: Equip sales teams with prioritized accounts, tailored messaging, and strategies to enhance engagement and lead conversion.
Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with product, sales, and customer success teams to create messaging that resonates with key personas.
Measure Success: Use metrics like pipeline influence and ROI to evaluate performance. Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong emphasis on ABM and demand generation.
Proven success in a startup or high-growth environment.
Expertise in key marketing channels, including webinars, LinkedIn, events, paid social, email, and display advertising.
Familiarity with tools such as 6Sense, Demandbase, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
Strong understanding of HR benefits and wellness, including experience targeting HR and Benefits leaders.
Exceptional communication skills, including copywriting and storytelling abilities.
Ability to manage end-to-end campaigns and deliver measurable results.

Compensation: $120,000-$150,000 base salary, plus bonus and equity.
