Job Opportunity: Full-Time Administrative Assistant/Secretary
Our office in Manhattan's Financial District (FiDi) is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant/Secretary to join our team.


About Us
We are a Law Office and Real Estate Management Company serving foreign investors. Proficiency in Italian is not required but is considered a plus.


Position Details
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Location: On-site only (this is not a remote position)
Compensation: Based on experience


The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and a comprehensive understanding of computer systems. An accounting background is a plus.


Key Responsibilities
Maintain office organization
Create and update databases
Answer phone calls and set up conference calls
Handle data entry and light bookkeeping
File and manage both physical and digital documents (scanning, e-saving, sorting mail)
Coordinate and prepare shipments via courier/messenger/mail
Assist with accounts payable and receivable
Support property management tasks
Perform other clerical duties as assigned by attorneys, managers, and accountants


Requirements
Must work on-site (this is not a remote position)
Professional demeanor, punctuality, and strong organizational skills
Proficiency in computer skills
Must have good spoken and written English
Professional dress attire
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
