The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, have excellent communication skills, and have experience working with Microsoft Office Suite. Experience and/or knowledge of water supply systems, energy markets, and engineering fundamentals relating to electric utilities is preferred. Familiarity with California Independent System Operator-Market Redesign and Technology Upgrade systems and the ability to learn to work with large databases (SAP, CAB, Dream Report, and Power Costs Incorporation) is desired.
