Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated professionals to be an integral part of our sales and customer service team. Our company is built on a firm belief in customer service and providing true value to our clients. Our AT&T Customer Service Representative is the key to this approach as we help our clients manage their sales needs and meet their expansion goals.

AT&T Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

  • Maintain existing relationships with clients
  • Plan and run presentations with the goal of making sales and growing brand awareness.
  • Provide excellent customer service to every customer by informing and educating them about the brands and product details.
  • Cultivate new opportunities within assigned territories through on-site visits
  • Execute sales and marketing strategies
  • Support all team members
  • Identify sales trends and potential opportunities for growth within the territory
  • Product knowledge to offer outstanding customer experience

AT&T Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

  • Experience in Sales, Customer Service, Leadership role, or related field
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, determined, and confident
  • Proven experience leading a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

This position will involve in-person collaboration with various departments within our organization in the local Corona, CA. If chosen for the position, the ideal candidate would be available to start within 2 weeks of receiving an offer.
