Automotive Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the Finance and Insurance (F&I) department
  
• Work closely with sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  
• Present and sell finance and insurance products to customers
  
• Process financing and leasing deals accurately and secure approvals
  
• Maintain compliance with all local state and federal regulations
  
• Build and maintain relationships with lending institutions
  
• Train and support sales staff on F&I products and procedures
  
• Maximize profitability through effective sales techniques and product knowledge
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as an F&I Manager in the automotive industry
  
• Strong understanding of financial and insurance products and services
  
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
  
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks
  
• Detailoriented with strong organizational skills
  
• Knowledge of compliance regulations and best practices
  
• High ethical standards and professional demeanor
  
• Proficiency with dealership management software
