 We're hiring full time - 25-32/hrs a week.

This role is entry level, hourly, $13-17 after tips ($10-12/hr base pending experience),

Monday-Saturday, availability hours: M-F 5.30am-5pm Sat 6.30am-7pm,

Full Saturday availability required.

CLOSED SUNDAY

This role requires no prior experience/education—preferred experience/education in hospitality, business &/or coffee.

Race Street Coffee is creating a culture of hospitality in Fort Worth through delicious coffee and everything that goes well with it.

The Barista role works to create a culture of transcendent hospitality. We cultivate the same hospitality towards our customers, as we do our fellow employees, through empathy, expertise, & forward thinking.

The Barista's 5 Major Contributive Responsibilities:

While not exhaustive, this is a general idea of the responsibility of this role.

• Responsible for customer and employee experiences by maintaining a culture of exceptional hospitality.

• Responsible for gaining and maintaining all product knowledge, and communicating it with empathy.

• Responsible for preparing and serving all food and beverages on the menu with passion and expertise.

• Responsible for following cleanliness procedures, and maintaining equipment maintenance schedules in all cafe spaces.

• Responsible for diligently maintaining inventory and organizational system protocols.

Tasks (not limited to):

· Maintaining cleanliness in all café areas

· Equipment maintenance

· Handwashing dishes

· Preparing needed ingredients/products

· Prepping & serving food & beverages

· Tendering transactions on register

· Building & maintaining relationships with customers & team
