Branch Manager

Position Overview
The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, maintaining financial performance, and leading a team to achieve business goals. This role involves strategic planning, managing resources effectively, and building strong relationships with clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the branch to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage and lead a team of employees, providing mentoring and training to develop their skills.
• Ensure high levels of customer service by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.
• Develop and implement branch strategies to achieve financial performance targets.
• Manage budgets, inventory, and scheduling to optimize branch operations.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Utilize Service Titan for tracking service requests and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and support new construction projects.
• Prepare and present reports on branch performance to senior management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in branch management or a similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and new construction processes.
• Proficient in Service Titan and other relevant software tools.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on relationship building.
• Strong budgeting and financial management skills.
• Ability to manage inventory effectively and optimize resource allocation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
