Basic Requirements The ideal Alpha champion will bring:
- A bachelor's degree (field of study open)
- An impressive track record of excellence (think National Merit Scholar, Division I athlete, Olympian, debate champion, or similar high-achievement background)
- The gift of compelling communication that captivates and motivates audiences
- Genuine passion for inspiring K-8 students to reach their full potential
- Authorization to work in the US (no visa sponsorship available)
- Commitment to on-campus presence at one of our listed locations

Working with Crossover This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
