As a lead consultant you must be able to train and inform the sales team on new products.
Lead consultants are responsible for counting down and signing off on cash drops during shift changes, breaks, etc.
Ensure that significant variances are documented, investigated by management personnel, and immediately reported to the MOD.
Lead Cannabis Consultant must make sure all patient returns are properly recorded and provided to management for daily reconciliation.
Lead Cannabis Consultant should remain in communication with Inventory Lead to keep track of inventory levels and stalled products.
Lead consultants will be responsible for handling employee sales transactions and checking out consultant samples approved by management.
Lead Cannabis Consultant will make sure that all consultants adhere to daily cleaning checklist and sign off for completed duties.
Lead Cannabis Consultant will work closely with management on developing plans to improve and drive overall sales goals set forth by executive management.
Assure all online platforms are kept current and up to date with the latest inventory and stock levels.
As a Lead Cannabis Consultant you will be responsible for providing a monthly development plan for each team member. Development plan will focus on areas of improvement, follow-up, and the consultant’s strengths.
Lead must make sure team follows all HR policies including confidentiality and non-disclosure.
Establish and maintain effective relationships with peers, team and senior management, making efforts to communicate effectively and strategically implement solutions.
