Position Overview:

We're seeking a visionary and innovative leader for the role of Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer (CSO). In this key role, you'll be instrumental in shaping our enterprise-wide strategic planning and performance management efforts. As CSO, you'll lead our Strategy and Communications division, oversee strategic partners, and manage both traditional and social media marketing and communications efforts. You'll also work with industry partners to advance our technological capabilities and drive data-driven strategies to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Execution:

Develop and manage strategic plans that align with our mission and goals.
Collaborate with senior leadership to prioritize and implement strategic initiatives.
Establish performance metrics to monitor progress and measure success.
Create long-term strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Performance Management:

Oversee performance management systems and processes.
Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement.
Provide insights and recommendations to boost organizational performance.
Ensure alignment between strategic goals and departmental activities.
Leadership and Oversight:

Lead the Strategy and Communications division, including marketing and communications units.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
Mentor and develop staff to promote professional growth and high performance.
Strategic Partnerships and Innovation:

Cultivate partnerships with external organizations and community leaders.
Explore and implement technological advancements with industry partners.
Represent the organization in meetings and forums to promote strategic interests.
Marketing and Communications:

Oversee marketing and communications strategies.
Ensure effective communication of strategic initiatives and achievements.
Manage public relations to enhance our image and reputation.
Maintain consistent messaging across all communication channels.
Community Engagement and Outreach:

Showcase our achievements and initiatives to the community.
Organize events and develop content to engage residents and promote transparency.
Build strong connections with the community and incorporate their feedback into planning.
Data-Driven Strategy Development:

Develop and implement strategies based on data insights.
Use data analytics to guide decision-making and strategic planning.
Continuously refine strategies based on performance outcomes.
