SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Mostly onsite, with occasional ability to work remotely. Travel to hospital sites supporting virtual services is required
The clinical development and implementation specialist (CDIS) - Penn State Health Virtual LLC will focus on prioritizing virtual clinical projects, identifying and resolving problems with virtual implementation along with providing related training for both the virtual team and client. The CDIS will work closely with multiple functions and teams across the organization to drive real impact and outcomes. They will function as a trusted advisor driving early adoption, training, and implementation of the programs. Core competencies required for success include leadership, communication, problem-solving, flexibility, and process improvement
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):
Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
MSN or intent to complete MSN within three (3) years of hire.
Three (3) years RN critical care nursing experience.
Licensed to practice as a RN Registered Nurse by the state of employment required.
Three (3) years clinical experience in ICU required
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):
CCRN certification
Trauma Training certification
Preferred Experience in Cerner PowerChart
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite preferred
Telepresence and presentation skills preferred
