We are seeking a motivated and experienced CPR Trainer to join our team. As a CPR Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to individuals and groups on CPR techniques and procedures, ensuring that participants feel confident and prepared in emergency situations. Your role will have a direct impact on the safety and well-being of individuals in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct CPR Training Sessions: Lead both individual and group CPR training sessions, ensuring participants understand the correct techniques for performing CPR in emergency situations.
Develop and Update Training Materials: Regularly update training materials and lesson plans to align with the latest CPR guidelines and best practices.
Provide Feedback & Guidance: Offer constructive feedback to participants on their performance and provide additional instruction or practice as needed to ensure they are well-prepared.
Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Assess the effectiveness of training sessions and suggest improvements to ensure participants receive the most effective learning experience.
Collaborate with Trainers & Healthcare Professionals: Work alongside other trainers and healthcare professionals to ensure training programs are current and meet the needs of participants.
Maintain Accurate Records: Keep detailed records of training sessions, including participant attendance, performance, and evaluations.
Stay Informed: Continuously update your knowledge of the latest CPR research and best practices, incorporating this into your training programs.
What You Bring to the Team:
Certification as a CPR Instructor from a recognized organization such as the American Red Cross or the American Heart Association.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively teach and train individuals from diverse backgrounds and skill levels.
In-depth knowledge of current CPR guidelines and best practices, with the ability to translate this knowledge into practical training sessions.
Experience in adult education or training, with a track record of developing and delivering impactful training materials.
Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills, with attention to detail in managing training documentation.
Willingness to travel frequently across various islands in Hawaii.

Competitive Compensation & Benefits: We recognize the value you bring to the team. The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
