Join Our Seasonal Team as a Data Review Clerk!

Seasonal Term: February through May

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and enjoy solving puzzles? We're looking for a Seasonal Data Review Clerk to help ensure our student records and photo data are accurate and error-free. In this role, you'll play a key part in maintaining quality and keeping our production process on track. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy administrative tasks, this could be the perfect fit for you!

What You'll Do

• Verify that images are accurately matched to the correct records.
• Resolve data discrepancies quickly to prevent delays in our production process.
• Update student records with changes provided by school staff after picture day.
• Identify and correct missing or mismatched information in student records.
• Stay organized and meet important deadlines for data corrections.
• Follow production schedules and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Collaborate with team members and maintain positive, productive working relationships.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with management and peers.
• Take on additional duties as assigned to support the team.

• Education & Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior data entry experience is a plus but not required—we'll provide training!
