Pardo Dentistry is dedicated to providing quality and kind dental care. We value treating our patients well and having a happy working environment. Our office is PPO and Private only, no HMOs or Medical. 

We are looking for a motivated and capable Appointment Coordinator for our busy practice.

Position Overview:

• At least 2 years in the dental field, preferably as a front desk coordinator. 
• Someone knowledgeable in the dental field who is focused and oriented in regards to reaching office goals and has the capacity to multitask
• Answer phones with adequate etiquette, get all the proper patient information and schedule
• Verify insurance on a daily basis based, on 30-40 patients a day
• Be able to present a treatment plan based on insurance coverage
• Collect patient's payments
• Answer to emails and texts from patients
• Bilingual is a plus- fluent in Spanish and English, and with at least 1 year of previous experience in this position.
