We are a privately owned fee-for-service dental office looking for a full-time receptionist. We work 162 days a year, which roughly adds up to 8 weeks off. Our patient hours are Monday through Thursday 8:00 am – 5: 00 pm, and Friday 7:00 am – 2:00 pm. Though these are our potential patient hours, our work weeks only consist of 3-4 days.

We offer a competitive salary, collection bonuses, daily production bonuses, 401k, and a health insurance plan or reimbursement.

Duties

• Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out processes.
• Schedule and confirm appointments using Eaglesoft software.
• Manage patient records and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Handle collections and billing inquiries with professionalism.
• Provide administrative support, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
• Assist with coding for insurance claims as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area to enhance patient experience.
• Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth operation of the office.
• Address patient inquiries regarding treatments, services, and insurance coverage.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a dental office is desired.
• A positive, friendly attitude and ability to take instruction is required.
• Proficient in using computerized systems.
• Strong customer service skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a busy environment.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
