We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Mortgage Loan Originator to join our dynamic team. In this full-time, remote position, you will play a key role in helping prospective home buyers, existing homeowners, and real estate investors secure the financing they need to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist clients in navigating the mortgage financing process from start to finish.
- Analyze and evaluate loan applications and conduct thorough underwriting assessments.
- Provide expert guidance on various loan options, ensuring clients understand their choices.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards throughout the origination process.
- Leverage our cutting-edge technology and comprehensive product suite to streamline the process and enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Solid understanding of underwriting processes and standards.
- Proven experience in loan origination and mortgage lending.
- Proficiency in assessing and analyzing loan applications effectively.
- Familiarity with loan products and finance concepts.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Must possess or be eligible for an MLO State License in Florida and/or Ohio.
