Job Description

We are looking for a General Assistant responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:
  • Scanning, stapling, document retrieval, filing, sorting, creating files, posting records, proofreading, data entry, and maintaining records.
  • The job often resides in operating units where a high volume of information is being processed and/or maintained.
  • Duties include maintaining simple to complex files, keeping records, compiling and checking Excel reports, searching and investigating information contained in files, processing departmental documents requiring specific knowledge of functional operations, and typing correspondence.
Specific qualifications for the position include: 
  • Must have excellent customer service skills, the ability to multitask, and prioritize tasks with a sense of urgency.
  • Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Outlook) preferred.
  • Notary experience is beneficial, not required.
  • Mortgage experience is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
Pay Rate Range: $17.91 per hour

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
