Job Description

We are currently recruiting a GRC Analyst in the Atlanta area for our client, a financial technology company that offers credit and financial services to consumers in the United States. Their major services include credit cards, retail credit, patient financing, and dealer solutions.

About the Position:

The GRC Analyst will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations, assessing risks, and implementing governance processes. Day-to-day tasks include conducting audits, monitoring compliance frameworks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address compliance issues.

This is a direct hire, hybrid position (3 days in office per week) in Sandy Springs, GA.

This position is full time (40 hours per week). Work schedule in and out times are flexible.

Key Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of relevant Governance, Risk, and Compliance related work experience.
• SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002) experience.
• PCI (Payment Card Industry Standard) experience.
• People Audit experience.

Additional Qualifications:

• Risk Management, Compliance, and Governance skills.
• Experience in conducting audits and assessing risks.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the financial industry.
• Ability to implement and improve governance processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field is preferred.
• Financial/Banking experience is a plus.

Salary Range: $90k-95k+, negotiable depending on experience, plus benefits. Annual bonus and stock options may be available.
