As a Guest Service Representative, you will:

- Welcome guests with a warm smile and make them feel at home.
- Efficiently manage check-ins and check-outs.
- Provide comprehensive front desk services to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Assign rooms and handle administrative duties with precision.
- Deliver mail and messages to guests promptly.
- Process guest payments accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with bell service and staff management to enhance guest experience.
- Offer information and advice on local transport and dining options.
- Handle meal and beverage requests with attention to detail.
- Accommodate both general and unique guest requests with a positive attitude.
- Diffuse conflicts or tense situations with professionalism and empathy.

**Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you should have:

- A high school diploma or GED.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service.
- A certificate or diploma in hospitality (preferred but not required).
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Experience in conflict resolution.
- Patience and good listening skills.
