We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Lead HVAC Installation Technician to join our team!

In this key role, you will set the tone for your crew, leading by example and upholding our core values of quality, efficiency, and outstanding customer service . You’ll mentor apprentices, execute flawless installations, and ensure every project meets or exceeds company and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the entire installation process, ensuring that jobs are completed to Johnson & Johnson’s high standards .
• Serve as a role model and mentor for apprentices by demonstrating professionalism, efficiency, and a customer-first attitude on every job.
• Possess and apply a thorough understanding of various HVAC system installations, following manufacturer guidelines and installation manuals prior to starting each job.
• Be responsible for the quality and successful execution of all installations, meeting customer expectations and company benchmarks.
• Proactively participate in ongoing training and stay up to date with new HVAC systems, technologies, and procedures.
• Maintain all necessary hand and power tools required to perform job duties.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed to meet project deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear explanations of the system(s) installed and how they operate.
• Ensure customers receive all required documentation, including warranty information, manuals, and other necessary paperwork .
• Complete and return all internal paperwork to the office as directed by management.
• Ensure unit stickers are correctly applied to customer folders prior to equipment leaving the warehouse.
• Keep your company vehicle clean, organized, and fully stocked , and report any vehicle maintenance needs (oil changes, inspections, tires, etc.) to management promptly.
• Maintain all required licenses and certifications, including a valid driver’s license, state HVAC license, refrigerant license , and any other applicable credentials.
