Job Responsibilities:  

The Junior Business Analyst will play a key role in facilitating discussions, capturing business requirements, and ensuring alignment between process improvements and organizational objectives. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical and communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in facilitating cross-functional discussions to accurately document, validate, and refine business processes.
• Support the development of meeting agendas, track key action items, and ensure stakeholder engagement throughout discussions.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to support process optimization and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate communication between internal teams, external vendors, and contractors to ensure alignment on project objectives.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate key insights and findings to stakeholders.
• Identify areas for process improvement and provide data-driven recommendations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
• Prior experience in business analysis, process documentation, or data analysis is preferred but not required.
