Job Description

Tolin Designs is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Kitchen Designer in Canton, OH, with expertise in cabinets, countertops, and high-end kitchen and bath design. This role combines technical design, fieldwork, and client-facing sales to create stunning, functional spaces.

Responsibilities:

• Conducts in-home design consultations and accurate field measurements for kitchens and baths.
• Uses Chief Architect to redesign spaces and prepare project quotations.
• Builds strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborates with project managers and onsite designers to ensure project success.
• Prepares bids, manage project details, and order products post-sale.

Qualifications:

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is proficient in Chief Architect, CoConstruct, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Has a proven track record of sales performance and results.
• Is skilled in design, planning, and detailed product selections.
• Has excellent communication and time management skills.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment, making confident decisions.
• Can manage multiple clients, projects, and deadlines effectively.
• Listens well, works collaboratively, and enjoys working face-to-face with clients.

Requirements:

• Must have your own transportation.
• Must be experienced in sales and customer service.
• Must be comfortable conducting fieldwork to measure spaces and understand project needs.

Schedule:

• 8-hour shifts
• Day shifts, Monday to Friday
