Your Mission: As an Outside Sales Representative, you're the heartbeat of our growth. Your role goes beyond sales; it’s about creating lasting relationships and being a trusted advisor to our clients. You’ll navigate our vibrant growing market, bringing architects' visions, contractors’ projects, and homeowners' dreams to life with unparalleled value.
What You'll Do:
* Strategize and Conquer: With ingenuity, map out sales territories and crush sales targets, turning prospects into loyal customers.
* Build Bonds: Forge robust relationships with an elite clientele including contractors, remodelers, and home builders, becoming an indispensable part of their projects.
* Market Mastery: Be the eyes and ears of the industry, delivering insights that shape our strategies and product offerings.
* Team Synergy: Collaborate with a passionate team, driving collective success through shared goals and innovative solutions.
* Bottom Line: Be the Go-Getter who embraces responsibility for generating and going after leads, adding value & building relationships with designers/contractors/builders/developers, performing site visits/measurements/specifications review, and masterfully closing the deals, driving sales of quality building materials.
Who You Are:
* A Sales Virtuoso with a track record in designing kitchens and selling cabinets, ready to elevate your career.
* A Master Communicator and negotiator, fluent in the language of both numbers and people.
* Tech-savvy, with a knack for leveraging CRM tools to streamline sales processes (HubSpot prowess is a plus), and proficiency with Design Tools (Pro Kitchen or 2020 expertise & license) for maximum earning power and efficiency.
* A Social Media Marketing Whiz who knows how to get noticed and capture leads.
* Gifted with Bilingual talents (English and Spanish) to serve our diverse community better.
* An Autonomous Professional with a team player spirit, thriving in both solo and collaborative settings, regularly investing in your growth and professionalism.
