We're looking for a passionate and experienced Luxury Travel Advisor with a focus on Europe to join our dynamic team! In this role, you'll work closely with travel agency partners who serve luxury clients, helping them craft unforgettable, personalized travel experiences. As a Luxury Travel Advisor - Europe Specialist, your mission is to build meaningful relationships, design tailored travel itineraries, and consistently exceed sales goals. Strong organizational, time management, and relationship-building skills are essential for this high-energy role.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for partner travel agencies and their luxury clients, offering personalized, attentive service to ensure an exceptional experience.
Leverage persuasive communication and strong closing techniques to convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Design and curate customized luxury travel itineraries that match clients' unique preferences, ensuring a seamless, memorable journey.
Manage a high volume of inquiries and leads while consistently surpassing sales goals with enthusiasm and drive.
Address client inquiries, resolve concerns, and handle any issues that arise during the booking and travel process, offering continuous support and ensuring client satisfaction.
Foster lasting relationships with partner agencies by maintaining open, regular communication and proactive follow-up, encouraging repeat bookings and long-term partnerships.
Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions, travel preferences, and bookings through our CRM system.
Stay informed about the latest luxury travel trends, destinations, and industry news, sharing valuable insights and recommendations with clients.
What We're Looking For:
A seasoned Travel Agent with 3+ years of experience in booking luxury European travel, with a true passion for the destinations you're recommending.
A solid understanding of margins versus markups and the ability to apply this knowledge to your sales approach.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage challenges and ensure the best outcomes for your clients, being their go-to point of contact throughout their travels.
Proven relationship-based sales success, consistently surpassing sales targets and exceeding client expectations.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks and competing priorities with ease.
A keen attention to detail and the ability to tailor recommendations to each client's preferences.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and travel reservation software to manage bookings and client information.
A self-motivated, independent worker with the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
