Job Description

:
We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Assistant to join our Philadelphia team. In this role, you’ll support the marketing department with campaign planning, content creation, and project coordination. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to build a career in marketing within a supportive and energetic environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
Create and manage content for social media, newsletters, and digital ads.
Conduct market research to help identify opportunities and track trends.
Support the team with administrative tasks, including scheduling and client communications.
Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports for internal review.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging.
Maintain project timelines and help manage marketing assets.

Qualifications

Skills Required:

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with marketing tools (e.g., Hootsuite, HubSpot) is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
