Private family is looking to hire a Part-Time Nanny in NYC on the Upper East Side. This role is Monday – Thursday from 9:30am – 5:30pm
The Ideal Candidate: In our typical day today, we tried to stay flexible and incorporate new activities and experiences regularly. Because both my kids are under the age of four, we have a lot of freedom to do what interests them most. We are looking at putting my daughter into a preschool and she is potentially going to be doing in-home ABA. My son is just over a year old so he’s pretty good with the playing along. This being said since it is flexible and my schedule is flexible there would be days where our nanny would have one kid or both kids or all four of us would end up going out together.
What Works Best for Family: I am looking for someone kind but strict. Someone who is flexible as well as structured. My children love to go out so someone who is a little adventurous also would be beneficial! We are looking for someone who is quite experienced with children or children on the spectrum, Only because my daughter doesn’t have a diagnosis currently but has been needing an assessment (which is coming up).
