We are on the lookout for a highly motivated NetSuite Administrator to support their expanding operations and drive our business processes to the next level.

**NetSuite Administrator Position Overview:
**

As a NetSuite Administrator, you will be the key person responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing our NetSuite ERP system. You will work closely with various departments to ensure the system supports our business needs and scales with our growth. This role requires a hands-on approach, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key NetSuite Administrator Responsibilities:

- NetSuite Administration: Manage day-to-day operations of NetSuite, including configuration, customization, and maintenance of the system.
- User Support: Provide technical support to NetSuite users, including troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
- System Optimization: Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements to increase efficiency and support scalability.
- Integration: Work with internal teams and third-party vendors to integrate NetSuite with other business systems and applications.
- Reporting & Analytics: Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and saved searches to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Training & Documentation: Conduct user training sessions and create comprehensive documentation to ensure effective use of the system.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure the system is compliant with company policies and industry regulations, including managing user roles and permissions.

NetSuite Administrator Qualifications:

- Experience:3-5+ years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator in a high-growth environment, preferably within the SaaS industry.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of NetSuite ERP, including SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder. Experience with integrations using RESTlets, Web Services, or other APIs is a plus.
- Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical users.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. NetSuite certifications are a PLUS
