Responsibilities :

• Oversee the entire process, from listing to closing, ensuring a quick and seamless transaction experience.
• Conduct buyer and seller consultations to understand their needs and preferences, then find homes that meet those criteria.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of the local community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhoods.
• Build and nurture client relationships to drive more sales.

Qualifications:

• Must hold a valid Real Estate License.
• Preferred: A proven track record of real estate sales experience and success.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Effective organizational and time management abilities.
• Tech-savvy a plus.
• Open to coaching and mentorship!
