Job Description

**Job Title: Real Estate Administrator (Remote)**

**Your Role:**

As our Real Estate Administrator, you'll be the backbone of our operations, managing day-to-day tasks, and representing our brand professionally. You'll act as a liaison between the broker and clients, handling communications, correspondence, and appointments.

**Your Responsibilities:**

- **Transaction Management:** Coordinate and manage both seller and buyer transactions, including scheduling and supervising required inspections and site visits.
- **Database Management:** Maintain and update our customer database, ensuring accurate and safe record-keeping.
- **Listing and Forms Preparation:** Prepare MLS listings, draft real estate forms, and support sales processes.
- **Marketing Activities:** Assist in monthly marketing tasks, including social media posting and marketing collateral creation.
- **Communication:** Convey messages to the broker received through phone calls, emails, memos, or reports.
- **Scheduling:** Oversee the broker's schedules, team meetings, and travel arrangements.
- **General Support:** Assist with other administrative duties as needed, such as picking up orders and functioning as the main point of contact for the principal broker.

**Your Qualifications:**

- **Experience:** 2-3 years in an administrative support role, preferably within the real estate industry.
- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent required.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in computer software such as Microsoft Office and MLS.
- **Communication:** Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- **Organization:** Extremely organized with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage confidential information and tight deadlines.
- **Transportation:** Must have own transportation for occasional travel to and from listings.
- **Location:** Must be located within San Diego County.
- **Preferred:** A real estate license and experience in the industry.

**Our Work Environment:**

Our virtual business model allows associates to live and work throughout San Diego County. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week remote position, with approximately 20% local travel. Your work week includes Saturday hours.

**Compensation:**

$29 - $34 hourly
