Job Description:

As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, the Receptionist will play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere at our law firm. You will be responsible for handling phone calls, greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and performing various administrative tasks to support our legal team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answering and directing phone calls in a professional manner

• Greeting clients and visitors and directing them to the appropriate staff members

• Managing appointment scheduling and calendar coordination

• Handling office correspondence and mail

• Assisting with office supplies and inventory management

• Performing general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role is preferred, but not required (legal office experience a plus)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software

• Professional demeanor with a focus on customer service

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic

Pay: $18.75 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
