Office Hours: Monday-Thursday 8-3 (Average 8 hours/day)

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing quality patient care.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare treatment rooms for procedures by setting up instruments and materials.
• Assist the dentist during dental treatments, including four-handed dentistry.
• Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays).
• Perform sterilization of instruments and maintain cleanliness of operatories.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with charting.
• Manage inventory and ensure supplies are stocked.
• Adhere to all OSHA and infection control protocols.

Requirements :

• Minimum of 2 years of dental assisting experience.
• Certification as a Dental Assistant (CDA or RDA preferred).
• Proficiency in taking X-rays and using dental software (Dentrix).
• Knowledge of dental instruments, materials, and procedures.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
