Resident Care Manager (RCM/MDS) – RN or LPN

As a  Resident Care Manager (RCM)  your experienced nursing skills will be utilized in resident centered quality of care working closely with residents and their families. You will be responsible as case manager for a group of residents, working closely with Physicians, healthcare providers, facility inter-disciplinary teams, front line nursing team - Licensed Nurse and Certified Nursing Assistant/Medication Aide to best meet the quality of life and care of your residents. Part of your role will include the development and completion of the resident assessments (MDS), including the implementation of CAAs.

Qualifications:

• Must be a licensed nurse for the appropriate State with strong assessment and care planning skills.
• 2 – 3 years experience working as a nurse is preferred.
• LNs with some long-term care experience, a strong passion for working with the senior population, and experience in Nurse Supervisor roles are encouraged to apply.
• You will receive excellent, hands-on training to learn Marquis nursing systems and procedures.
