Responsibilities, Experience and Skills:

• Assist in the oversight of Daily Operations of the store.
• Willingness to learn and develop into a GM position.
• Operate the store in the GM’s absence and uphold the same standards as the GM
• Assist in the leading, training and development of all store team members.
• Excellent communication, people management and motivational skills.
• Basic computer knowledge
• Provide exceptional guest service
• Understand the value of teamwork.
• Previous Fast Casual work experience i.e. Chipotle/Panera/Saladworks is preferred but not required.
