As we expand, we’re looking for skilled SDRs to join us and contribute to scaling the businesses we partner with.
**Position Overview**
As an SDR, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth by converting warm leads from paid ads into scheduled bookings. We are seeking proactive, ambitious, and driven individuals who excel at engaging with prospects and building strong relationships. Your responsibilities will include maintaining a high show-up rate for your scheduled meetings, and hitting your daily target of 150 dials. You'll be the bridge between interested prospects and our sales team, ensuring a seamless process for closing new business opportunities.
**Qualifications**
* Proven experience as an SDR in the high ticket space or similar role for at least 1-2 years.
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport with prospects.
* Strong ability to use tools such as Hubspot, Gohighlevel etc for CRM management.
* Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven & hungry.
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
* Located out of US/ CA & ability to work in US timezones.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Drive new business opportunities through outbound dialing, responding to SMS/emails from inbound warm leads.
* Schedule meetings with qualified leads for our sales team to present and close deals.
* Use CRM tools to manage the sales pipeline, track leads, and monitor the progress of each deal.
* Qualify leads to ensure they match our ideal customer profile.
* Present our SEO and PPC services to prospects, focusing on how these services can address their specific needs.
* Exceed monthly lead generation and meeting targets.
* Good communication skills in high pressure situations.
**Schedule/KPI Requirements: **
The top performers on this offer are focused on it full time with high standards and high accountability.
* Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm in EST time.
* **Weekend Hours**: Only required if you are behind on your KPIs
* **Daily KPIs:**
* Minimum 150 Dials
* Minimum 5 Sets/day
* Maintain 50% SUR for Sets
* **Important:** There are mandatory daily sales team meetings Mon, Wed & Thursday at 9am EST.
