We are seeking outgoing, friendly, and helpful team members to welcome and assist customers. Previous hardware experience is a plus but not a requirement as we provide extensive training. What to expect: Sales Associates’ primary responsibility is providing exceptional customer service. They offer solutions to the customer’s needs, the help in the Helpful Place. Sales Associate must also assist in maintaining a clean and stocked store. As a Cashier, they are to exemplify the foundation of our service to each customer as they enter and leave the store. You’ll work directly with customers welcoming them and helping them find everything necessary to complete their project in one trip. Operate Cash register, computer, and Point of Sale system. When on Cashier, asking customers if they have an ACE REWARDS card, and signing them up accordingly Answering Customer questions via the phone. You’ll be on your feet for most of your shift (8 hours). You must lift 25 to 30 lbs. Pay, Benefits, and Perks: Sick time.
