Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst with expertise in Cloud systems and ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in aligning business processes with technology solutions, ensuring the delivery of high-quality outcomes for our California-based client.

This role requires a professional who can work collaboratively with stakeholders across time zones, including California, Las Vegas, and San Francisco. The position is remote, but candidates must demonstrate flexibility to accommodate USA Pacific Time (-10 hrs).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Requirement Gathering:
   

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
  

• Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to understand business needs.
  

1. Process Analysis and Improvement:
   

• Assess current processes, identify gaps, and propose scalable solutions.
  

• Develop and document workflows, processes, and system configurations.
  

1. ERP/Cloud Systems Expertise:
   

• Design, implement, and support Cloud and ERP system solutions.
  

• Partner with technical teams to ensure effective integration and functionality of systems.
  

1. Stakeholder Communication:
   

• Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams, business units, and stakeholders.
  

• Deliver regular updates, presentations, and reports to key decision-makers.
  

1. Testing and Validation:
   

• Create and execute test plans, ensuring all solutions meet business and functional requirements.
  

• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and address any issues promptly.
  

1. Project Coordination:
   

• Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  

• Track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  

Required Skills and Experience:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  

• Experience:
  

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 4 years in Cloud systems or ERP solutions (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Zoho ERP).
  

• Proven track record of working with international clients, especially in the USA.
  

• Technical Skills:
  

• Strong understanding of Cloud and ERP system architecture.
  

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.
  

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
  

• Soft Skills:
  

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  

• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a remote work environment.
  

• Flexibility to work across USA Pacific Time zones.
  

Requirements

• Certifications in Cloud or ERP systems (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, SAP Certified Application Associate).
  

• Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks applicable to the USA.
  

• Experience in delivering solutions for industries such as finance, retail, or logistics.
