What does a successful Senior Flutter/Dart Engineer do at Fiserv?

Join our Payment Solutions team and play a key role in building our next-generation hosted payments platform. We’re looking for a senior software engineer with deep Flutter expertise and a proven track record of delivering secure payment applications. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love tackling complex challenges, we want to hear from you!

What you will do:

• Build and enhance high-performance frontend applications using Flutter, Dart, and Node.js.
• Lead technical design discussions, providing mentorship and guidance to the team.
• Ensure high-quality code through detailed reviews and best practices.
• Implement secure coding practices to maintain PCI compliance and protect sensitive payment data.
• Optimize and evolve our CI/CD pipeline for faster, more efficient deployments.
• Drive strategic technical decisions and help shape the future of our payment solutions.

What you will need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent combination of experience, education, and military service.
• 7+ years of software development experience.
• 3-5 years of hands-on Flutter/Dart development.
• Proven experience building and deploying production-level Flutter applications.
• Expertise in Flutter state management using GetX or Riverpod.
• Strong experience developing and deploying Node.js applications.
• Deep understanding of secure coding practices and payment security standards.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS and containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in Git workflows and CI/CD pipeline implementation.

What would be great to have:

• Experience with C# and .NET development.
• Knowledge of Java development.
• Hands-on experience building payment processing systems.
• Implementation experience with PCI DSS requirements.
• Background in microservices architecture.
• Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
