ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Under the direction of HICAP (Health Insurance Counseling Advocacy
Program) Manager, the incumbent will work with other marketing professionals to develop materials
and ad campaigns to promote Passages HICAP and build the online footprint.

EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS: By reference to education and previous experience, must be able to
demonstrate the ability to perform the job functions stated above. This position will require
knowledge of the basics of Medicare, Senior Medicare Patrol, and Medicare Improvement for Patients
& Providers Act. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills; a strong
understanding of social/human/aging services; working knowledge of various software and social
media platforms; Bi-lingual Spanish/English required.
