Job Overview
Joe Mineo Creative is a nationally recognized and award-winning event design company. With every corporate event, wedding, and private party we create, plan, or manage, our team provides clients with a unique design, exceptional service, and a sophisticated presentation.

We are hiring a hardworking, self-motivated, and creative team player who will fill the position of Social Media Manager. The ideal candidate will come to the position with creative ideas, excellent verbal and written communications, in-depth knowledge of the various social media platforms, and a go-getter attitude to showcase our luxury brand to its target audiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Tik Tok, LinkedIn and YouTube pages as well as any new social media platforms deemed fit
  • Manage engagement across all social media accounts including scheduling and publishing posts, monitoring comments and messages, and responding to inquiries
  • Work closely with the CEO, Director of Marketing and Business Development team to develop and implement a daily/weekly social media content calendar
  • Brainstorm and create captivating content for various social media platforms and develop social media strategies with the goal of increasing brand awareness and client engagement
  • Analyze social media metrics and insights to track the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
  • Generate monthly statistical reports with social analytics and trends to track growth and present new ways to increase social media following across all channels
  • Report and respond to online reviews and feedback as well as garner new reviews from clients
  • Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in digital marketing
  • Conduct research on industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth
  • Proofread and edit content for accuracy, grammar, spelling, and punctuation
  • Assist with video and photography editing
  • Capture content of the Joe Mineo Creative team in-studio and on-location to best show the brand and what we do to target audiences

Experience

  • 3 years of social media marketing required
  • Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Tik Tok, LinkedIn and YouTube pages as well as any new social media platforms deemed fit
  • Proven experience and track record of social media metrics
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google analytics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organization and multitasking abilities
  • Experience managing website software is a plus, but not required
  • Experience in working with a luxury brand is a plus, but not required
