JOB PURPOSE

The role of the Social Media Manager / Videographer is to create, edit and post compelling content for each of The Tintstitute's social media platforms. This position is responsible for handling all aspects of filming, editing, and orchestrating shoots as well as posting and optimizing content. This person will utilize their social media initiatives to boost sales, draw in sponsors, meet sponsorship obligations, and expand The Tintstitute's following.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage all aspects of content creation including; orchestrating and planning shoots, filming videos, taking photos, and editing photos/videos.
• Engage with following by interacting and responding to current followers as well as potential audiences.
• Post and optimize all content on social media platforms and website when applicable.
• Ensure that sponsorship commitments are fulfilled and attract new sponsors.
• Develop a detailed social media schedule with dates and timelines for creating and posting content.
• Curate and post content that drives sales and increases membership purchases.
• Develop in-depth understanding of the industry to create structured course on Kajabi.

OUTCOMES OF THE POSITION

• Generate purchases of website products, online memberships, hands on training programs, and sponsorship packages.
• Grow following on Youtube, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook. Specific targets to be discussed.
• Complete 1 structured course on Kajabi per quarter.
• Over deliver on Sponsorship commitments.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven track record growing social media following
• Experience working with an influencer
• Proficient with YouTube, Facebook, TikTok and Instagram
• Experienced using PremierPro or similar video editing software
• Organized and proactive
• Accomplished at meeting tight deadlines
• Ability to work independently and as a team member
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of reliability, accountability and initiative
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
• Passion for the Auto Industry is a plus
• High School Diploma
• Valid drivers license and auto insurance

ABOUT THE COMPANY

The Tintstitute was founded in September of 2017. The Tintsitute is an online and hands on training platform that offers the most informative videos in the tinting, vinyl wrap, and paint protection industry. In addition to skilled training videos, The Tintstitute teaches how to start and grow a business. Tintstitute members and followers can learn via The Tintstitute’s online membership site, in person at a hands on training class, or structured courses.

Position will be 40+ hours/week

Compensation: $25.00 to $40.00 /hour

Hourly rate depends on experience and will be assessed during working interview
