Responsibilities:

This position will oversee all California Markets

Position Responsibilities:   

• Key leader in spirits execution in California’s 3 Market Units
• Lead Market Directors of Spirits directly, and Account Development Specialist (ADS) Supervisors and ADSs ultimately in their achievement of performance objectives.
• Coach the Market Directors of Spirits to build strategies with their Supervisors to grow spirits share with both specific customers and geographical areas, bringing knowledge to key decisions from all capability areas within the company
• Collaborate with Business Unit leaders for a cohesive execution message for Reyes Beverage Group
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Required Education and Experience:  

• Bachelor's Degree with 10 plus years of related experience and 6 plus years of management experience or High School Diploma with 13 plus years of specific experience and 7 plus years of management experience 

Preferred Education and Experience:  

• Master’s Degree
