**Job Requirements and Preferences:**

**Basic Qualifications:**
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree required.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
- **Education:** Master of Business Administration preferred.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 8 years of strategy consulting or industry experience.
- **Skills:**
- Proven success in Digital Value Creation and Contact Center/Service Excellence.
- Expertise in leveraging digital technologies (AI, ML, Data and Analytics, etc.) to transform businesses.
- Ability to design end-to-end customer/process journeys and roll out solutions effectively.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Drive, Calendar).
- Flexibility and creativity in managing work-life balance for self and team members.

**Travel Requirements:**

- Up to 80%
