Who Are We Looking For?
We seek a Market Center Tech Trainer to drive technology training and support for Leadership and Agents. This role will articulate the unique value of KW Technology to attract and retain top talent. Ideal candidates will have a background in sales, consulting, coaching, and training, with strong technical skills and a passion for helping others succeed.

What You Will Do:

• Train agents, admins, and staff on KW Technology.
• Conduct 30 one-on-one training sessions monthly.
• Facilitate Tech Assessments with Team Leaders.
• Oversee onboarding for new agents and provide light technical support .
• Develop tailored training resources based on support requests.
• Stay updated on new tech initiatives and integrate them into training.

Communication & Engagement:

• Lead weekly tech update meetings and training classes.
• Share tech updates through social media and email.
• Create engaging short training videos .
• Participate in regional and national tech calls.

Knowledge/Skills:

• Goal-driven with exceptional communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and tech proficiency.
• Familiarity with web-based learning platforms .

Compensation:

• This salaried role offers $50,000 - $55,000 per year, plus bonuses and profit-sharing opportunities.
