Attention - Utility Foreman in and around Lincoln, Nebraska!

Bauer Underground is hiring for multiple positions in Lincoln, Omaha, Kearney, & Norfolk, Nebraska. Join our team to learn how fulfilling it is to be rewarded appropriately for your efforts while you develop your skills & learn the newest construction techniques in a fast-paced environment.

Job Highlights:

• Full-time, Monday through Friday.
• $75,000-$100,000 annual salary.

Hiring Requirements:

• Driver's License.
• CDL (Preferred).
• Pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screen.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Prefer 1 to 2 years of industry experience, but willing to train the right individual.
• Demonstrated willingness to learn competencies required to satisfactorily perform the functions of the job including methods, techniques, materials, and tools used in craft installation, maintenance, and repair; and safety practices and procedures.

Job Details:

• Must possess leadership and construction knowledge with the ability to manage multiple crews.
• Requires the ability to organize the work effort of multiple workers at multiple job sites daily.
• Requires extensive knowledge and foresight regarding the management of difficult pours.
• Requires good coordination and communication skills.
• Requires good judgment and worksite planning.
• Requires scheduling of multiple employees.
• Requires knowledge of power equipment associated with demolition and preparation of work sites.
• Evaluate and monitor staff to ensure adequate quality of workmanship.
• Calculates material and supplies as needed for each job.
• Completes daily production sheets/forms.
• Possesses strong attention to detail and clean-up.
• Requires excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Displays good judgment skills and initiative.
• Ability to work independently.
