Job Title: Valet Driver
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and professional Electric Vehicle Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving electric vehicles in various locations, and ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of the vehicles. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a passion for creating positive client experiences and the ability to adhere to schedules.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide Excellent Customer Service:
   • Greet clients warmly and assist with any inquiries or concerns.
   • Ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for all passengers.
   • Handle customer feedback professionally and strive to improve service quality.
2. Drive Electric Vehicles in Various Locations and Settings:
   • Operate electric vehicles safely and efficiently in different environments.
   • Navigate through urban, suburban, and rural areas as required.
   • Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies.
3. Plan and Adhere to Schedules:
   • Develop and follow detailed schedules to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
   • Coordinate with dispatchers and other team members to optimize routes.
   • Manage time effectively to meet all deadlines.
4. Demonstrate Attention to Detail and Passion for Creating Positive Client Experiences:
   • Pay close attention to the needs and preferences of clients.
   • Maintain a high standard of vehicle cleanliness and presentation.
   • Continuously seek ways to enhance the client experience.
5. Clean, Wash, and Maintain Vehicles:
   • Perform regular cleaning and washing of vehicles to maintain a pristine condition.
   • Conduct routine checks and maintenance to ensure vehicle safety and performance.
   • Report any issues or necessary repairs to the maintenance team promptly.

Position Requirements:

1. Education:
   • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
2. Experience:
   • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in a driving role.
3. Age:
   • Must be 21 years of age or older.
4. Licensing:
   • Must possess a valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
5. Skills and Attributes:
   • Responsible, reliable, and able to work under pressure.
   • Self-motivated with a professional demeanor.
   • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
