About the Role
We are looking for a full-time Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team! This is a crucial role focused on attracting the brightest talent in the Web3 space from around the world, helping us grow and succeed as a company.
You will be part of our larger People Operations team, bringing your expertise in the Web3 industry to hit the ground running in filling niche and challenging technical and business roles.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to explore innovative talent acquisition strategies, tap into global talent pools, and engage with an exciting and technically advanced industry. You'll also have the chance to participate in broader HR initiatives, providing opportunities for professional growth within our scaling tech company.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle for various open positions, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and extending offers.
Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely follow-ups and efficient scheduling.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and recruitment goals.
Contribute to building our company brand to attract and engage top talent.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates through various sourcing methods and networking efforts.
Create partnerships with companies, universities, and other talent sources to access exceptional candidates using innovative strategies.
Work alongside the People Operations team on talent-related initiatives and projects.
What We're Looking For:
3-5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally within the blockchain industry.
Proven ability to source, interview, and place candidates in highly technical roles.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and other modern recruitment tools and techniques.
Experience in business or corporate talent hiring for Web3/Crypto companies is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
Strong project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
A self-starter who thrives in a remote work environment.
