The Job at a Glance

We’re moving West and are opening up a brand-new facility to support our growing operations. As the Fulfillment Center Specialist (Internally known as OEM Parts Wrangler), you will work within our state-of-the-art, highly automated, fast-paced distribution center. You will use automated conveyors, sorters, and robots to help you receive, kit, put away, pick, pack, and ship our genuine OEM parts. You’re a critical member of the team that helps us fulfill our customer promise to ship all orders same day. Working in a start-up facility you will do a variety of roles ranging from inbound operations processes including material handling, receiving, and putting away inventory to outbound operations processes including picking, assembling, and packing orders. You will use an RF scanner or web terminal to guide you through operations processes. We promote a safety-first environment and expect all team members to follow all safety policies.

A Typical Day

• You will process mission critical parts orders inbound and outbound within the FC
• You will use an RF scanner and/or web terminal.
• You will work with Fulfillment Center leaders to perform daily operations needs and will be measured on productivity and quality.
• Be a valuable member of a community that supports our mission and core values
• Perform duties safely and efficiently.

To Land This Opportunity

• You’re an all-star communicator and are proficient in English (both written and verbal)
• You possess the ability to move around for long periods of time and consistently lift up to 40lbs unassisted.
•  If you have previous warehouse experience it's a plus, but not required
• You’re looking to work Monday – Friday and you're able to work Saturdays when needed
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment where you will transport parts via carts and/or forklifts and frequently retrieve parts from top and bottom shelves, utilizing ladders or reach trucks as needed
• You are a reliable team-player, and want to dedicate your career within Parts Town Fulfillment Center
• You have great communication skills & you’re proficient in English (verbal and written)
• Bonus points if you have Order picker forklift, reach truck, or pallet jack experience!

The salary range for this role is $36,816 – $40,2517.27 annually ($17.70 – $19.35 hourly) which is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Parts Town is a pay for performance-company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program, and an annual bonus depending on the role.
