What you’ll be doing...

The high performing and strategic HR partner will advise and coach business leaders (4 Senior Leaders and approximately 20+ Senior Directors) on driving the organizational values and culture.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Understanding and applying talent trends and perspectives combined with business acumen and objective to shape talent strategy and priorities for the business unit. Advising and pulling through talent solutions to achieve the strategic goals.

Partnering with finance and business leaders on strategic workforce planning.

  • Working with the Center of Excellence and the business to pull through DEI programs and initiatives in the business unit.

  • Partnering with the Center of Excellence through the succession management process and monitor the fulfillment of the succession planning. Delivering critical programs and processes such as performance reviews and talent reviews.
