- Lead strategic sourcing and purchasing operations for our centralized contracting team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Utilize various software tools, including 3M, Coupa, CRM, ERP Solutions, and About Time, to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Follow established budgetary guidelines in all procurement activities to maintain financial integrity.
- Execute purchasing processes with precision, ensuring that all acquisitions meet company requirements and budget constraints.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing and resolving inquiries from clients and stakeholders.
- Regularly monitor and update customer accounts to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.
- Process invoices meticulously, ensuring all financial documentation is correct and up-to-date.
- Support the management of supply chain operations to optimize performance and delivery.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and contribute to overall team success.
**Qualifications:**
- Proficient in using 3M software to manage procurement processes effectively.
- Familiarity with Coupa procurement software to facilitate streamlined purchase orders and invoicing.
- Experience with CRM tools to foster strong client relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of ERP systems to enhance organizational processes.
- Proven ability to implement and manage ERP Solutions for improved operational efficiency.
- Experience with About Time software for effective time and resource management.
- Strong understanding of budget processes and their application in procurement activities.
- Extensive experience in purchasing within the Real Estate & Property sector.
- Excellent customer service skills to build and maintain relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage and process invoices accurately and efficiently.
